Question 1

What is SUTURA?

Accepted Answer

SUTURA is a private physical gold investment platform for Sahel families (Burkina Faso, Mali, Niger) and the diaspora. We offer certified 999.9‰ physical gold, wealth-building courses and a rigorously managed affiliate program.

Question 2

How do I create an account?

Accepted Answer

To create an account, go to the Member Area page and click 'Sign up'. You can register with your email or via Google. After signing up, you must complete the mandatory KYC verification to access all features.

Question 3

Is the platform secure?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely! We use the most advanced security technologies: 256-bit SSL encryption, secure payments via Stripe, mandatory KYC verification and GDPR compliance. Your data and transactions are protected 24/7.

Question 4

In which countries are you available?

Accepted Answer

The site is readable everywhere. Prices are in euros and the card is charged in euros: amounts in dollars or CFA francs are only an indicative conversion, not a price. No custody, no delivery: no vault country, no shipping, no customs — the numbered PDF certificate and the “My gold” line open from Burkina Faso 🇧🇫, Mali 🇲🇱, Niger 🇳🇪, France or anywhere else you can open your inbox.

Question 5

How do I buy gold on the platform?

Accepted Answer

Gold purchases are suspended while the entity's registration is not active: prices stay visible, the buttons are blocked. When they reopen: AES-GOLD page, chosen weight (1 g to 1 kg), identity verification (KYC), then card payment in euros. What you receive: a numbered PDF certificate and a “My gold” line.

Question 6

What gold prices do you offer?

Accepted Answer

Two prices, both taken from today's live price shown on the site (price band, AES-GOLD page, payment page, member area): the buy price (live price, no premium) and the indicative resale price (live price − 3 %). If the price does not load, the words “Indicative price” appear instead and no gold purchase is possible until it returns.

Question 7

Is the gold physical or digital?

Accepted Answer

The gold is physical: 24K certified 999.9‰, with a serial number and a PDF certificate verifiable online. In one sentence, the contract's own: you pay the server price, in euros; you receive a numbered PDF certificate and a “My gold” line in your member area; physical delivery and vault custody are not in the contract; gold is not covered by the 30-day guarantee; resale, if it happens, is at the displayed resale price, not at the buy price.

Question 8

Are there any hidden fees?

Accepted Answer

No hidden fee, and one spread written in plain sight: the resale price is 3 % below the buy price. It is not an exit fee, it is a second price, displayed next to the first before you buy. The displayed buy price is the price charged (gold + numbered PDF certificate), locked on the Stripe page before payment. No custody fee is charged, since there is no custody.

Question 9

Allocated, unallocated, “pool” gold: what's the difference?

Accepted Answer

Allocated: identified bars or coins (serial number) that you own outright — this is what SUTURA sells: numbered PDF certificate + “My gold” line. Unallocated: a claim on the seller's general gold stock, with no bar assigned; you are a creditor, not an owner. “Pool”: an undivided share of a common stock — same logic, no identified bar is assigned to you.

Question 10

What tax applies when I sell? (3 regimes, France)

Accepted Answer

Bar or coin: flat precious-metals tax of 11% + 0.5% CRDS on the sale price, from the first euro (form 2091). Jewellery: 6% + 0.5% above €5,000 of sale price. Option 2092: tax on the actual capital gain, by election and with proof of purchase (date and price). This is not tax advice.
